The first product - Rapid Deposit - was developed jointly with NatWest Bank in 1984. Its purpose was to provide a quick, simple and secure means of making deposits for both personal and business customers alike. Although originally conceived for 'Saturday Opening' branches, the concept has subsequently been applied to open plan and extended hours offices as well as in 24-hour vestibules, for both personal and business deposits.
Our system designs are customer led, and based on proven technology, delivering low risk, cost effective self-service banking solutions. A significant proportion of our annual turnover is invested in product enhancements, research and development and the use of new technologies to develop market driven solutions. We enjoy a very close working relationship with our customers, and as consumer acceptance of the new technologies being used in the self service delivery channel has grown, we have been able to better match our solutions to growing customer expectations.

We have installed over 8000 systems and our customers include many of the World’s major banks and Financial Institutions. In the UK in particular that includes Barclays, HSBC, NatWest, Co-op, and Yorkshire Bank, together with British Airways, Heathrow Express and a growing number of Local Authorities, Magistrates’ Courts and Public Utilities.
